What’s a Certified Property Management Company?
A certified property management company is a partner you hire to help oversee your rental property. Certified property management companies understand how to uphold landlord-tenant law and manage your property in a lawful way. If a property manager is not certified, we recommend to hire then with caution. Here at Zapien Properties, we’re a fully licensed and certified property management company who follow the book and ensure your property is managed the correct way. Our license number is #1013041.
